Remote User Testing
Taylor & Francis Group, one of the world’s leading academic publishers, partners with researchers, scholarly societies, universities and libraries worldwide to bring knowledge to life.
Create a unified experience for discovering, publishing & managing academic content.
With multiple imprints acquired over the years, which were designed by different teams lead to inconsistency and a disjointed experience. Taylor & Francis wanted to create a single platform for different users.
Designing the experience of the platform was distributed across fornightly sprints. Sprint goals were broken down into tasks, which were added to a backlog.
This helped us focus on what’s really important and defer the rest to a second launch.
Creating a toolkit helped us empower multiple teams to achieve consistency.
Combining preliminary research we created low fidelity wireframes to build the flow and functionality of the experience.
